Often I find myself preparing a breakfast for myself and this skillet saves me time and effort when preparing an egg dish. I put some ghee in the skillet and heat it, crack an egg and put it in the heated pan. The fried egg comes out just the way I want it and I am able to clean the skillet easily and quickly.
